Partners Wanted
Urban Concepts LLC is seeking financial partners to join with us in fix and flip projects.
Potential partners should have the ability to purchase or finance projects.
Currently we are looking at units that range from $25,000 to $150,000 and then renovation work of between $2,500 and $15,000.
Projects can be funded by using cash or by financing a portion depending upon the financial goals of the partner.
Each partnership will be for one project with the partnership closed out upon the completion of the sale.
Funds from the property sale will first pay off any loans and closing costs,repay the partner for their invested funds, with the remainder to be split 50/50 between the partner and Urban Concepts LLC.
Partners will be presented with potential projects that they can accept or pass on based on their goals.
Urban Concepts LLC was created by Bob Current to create fix and flip real estate in the Denver market.
We are looking for partners to finance these projects.
